It is possible to return your purchase at Atelier Artiforte within 14 days of receiving your order. You can then abandon the purchase without further notice. We expect the article back in the original packaging and undamaged.
Liability and costs of returns
Return shipments are at the risk and expense of the buyer. This means that Atelier Artiforte is not liable for damaged or lost return items. Therefore, always ask the sender for a tracking code and keep it safe or return the item at our warehouse or showrooms.

Received faulty or wrong article
You are fully responsible and liable for the depreciation of your purchase due to possible use.
Cash refund
When you return an item, you have the right to a refund of the full purchase price including any delivery costs and excluding the return costs. The refund will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your return.
